A: To contend for the 4x400 position and for four of us to be in the top ten in conference for hurdles.

Questions with Jessica Jester, a junior middle hitter from Cheyenne, Wyo.

Q: How do you think the season has gone so far?
A: We have improved immensely talent wise, but we need to improve our mental game so we can finish out matches.

Q: What has been your most memorable moment at CSC?
A: Getting painted up for basketball games, specifically the men's game last year against Kearney. God has blessed me to be a part of a supportive and tight knit student body here at Chadron State.

Q: How is it to play for your sister, graduate assistant coach JennaRae Jester?
A: It is awesome because she has so much insight on the game and it's also a lot of fun because we still have a good off the court relationship. She brings lots humor to the team.

Q: What is something that most people might not know about you?
A: I have a phobia about stepping on drains. I'm afraid that something is going to come out and attack my foot.

Q: What is your outlook for the rest of the season?
A: While our record may not show it, we have been showing improvement all season. The goal for the rest of the season is to continue to improve and getting out of the comfort of complacency in taking teams to four sets. We want to send our seniors out on a high note.
