PUEBLO, Colo. - The Chadron State College women's golf team shot an opening round of 359 during the first 18 holes of the Colorado State University-Pueblo ThunderWolf Spring Invitational Saturday in Pueblo, Colo.
The host ThunderWolves lead the nine-team invite with 316. Play will continue today (Sunday).
Karissa Moreland led the Eagles with an 18-hole score of 86 but her other teammates were all within 10 strokes of her.
Emma Harris carded an 89,
Darcy Vernon shot 91,
Schuyler Wetzel shot 93 and
Emilee Pilkington finished with 96.
