Chadron State College appeared before the NCAA Committee on Infractions in Indianapolis on Aug. 9 to discuss the investigation of rules violations in the college's athletic program. NCAA infractions hearings are confidential until a final decision is issued. Prior to and during the hearing, the NCAA advised all participants regarding the confidentiality restriction. Accordingly, the college will make no further comment regarding the matter at this time.
 
A decision is expected before the end of the calendar year. When a decision is issued, it will be posted on the Nebraska State College System, Chadron State College and NCAA websites.
