A four-year starter at defensive end for the Eagles, Joe participated in 236 tackles. He missed his sophomore season because of a knee injury, but he seldom missed a play the next three years. Joe earned second-team all-conference honors as junior and was a first-team choice as a senior. He continually harassed quarterbacks. During his career, he participated in 47.5 tackles for losses of 263 yards. His senior stats included 18 quarterback hurries. He now has a prosperous construction business in Kingman, Ariz., and has made several significant contributions to the CSC football program. He and his wife Kasie have three children.
