Chadron State College Athletics

Maureen scored 1,247 points to rank second on the Lady Eagles’ basketball scoring list when she graduated in 1982. Her total is still the fifth highest in CSC annals.  She averaged between 11.6 and 14.8 points each year. A native of Pine Bluffs, Wyo., she made more than 75 percent of her free throws her final three years and set the record for most assists in one game with 10. She was selected as the team’s outstanding player all four years. She now teaches physical education at a middle school in Cheyenne.
