Hernandez recorded a total 36 kills and hit .284 in two Eagle victories over the weekend, averaging four kills per set. Against CSU-Pueblo, Hernandez hit .341 and had 17 kills, with seven coming in the fourth set. In the Eagles five set victory over New Mexico Highlands, the freshman tied her career high with 19 kills, while hitting .241. Hernandez also finished with 17 digs on Friday night and 10 on Saturday.
