Box Score CHADRON - Ashley Wells had 13 kills and Madi Bickle added 10 more to lead Fort Lewis to a 25-22, 25-23, 26-24 victory in a Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference match Saturday at Armstrong Gymnasium.

Fort Lewis hit .225 as a team and added two aces to improve to 5-11 on the season and 5-4 in the RMAC.

All three sets were close and the two teams combined to have 16 ties and five lead changes.

Barbie DeCent led Chadron State with 10 kills and Jessica Jester and Erika Roybal had eight apiece to lead the Eagles (3-14, 0-8 RMAC).

Despite the loss, Chadron State received some stellar performances. Alyssa Bauer had a match-high 23 digs and ran down several balls out of the court and Mariah Conyers added 17 set assists.

Also for Chadron State, Nikki Schmidt had three blocks and Alia Brennan and Jessica Jester each had two more.
