Box Score CHADRON — Led by Tae'lor Purdy's 25 points, six Regis players scored in double figures Friday night during the Rangers' 94-71 victory over Chadron State in a Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference women's basketball game.

The Rangers were hot. They shot 52 percent from the field, their best of the season, while improving their record to 5-3 overall and 3-1 in the conference.

Chadron State also shot well in the first half, hitting 16 of 30 attempts from the field, but still trailed 50-42 at halftime. Regis then outscored the Eagles 28-11 during the first 10 minutes of the second half to take complete command.

The Eagles were 10 of 29 from the field in the second half and shot 44.1 percent for the game.

Besides making 11 of 21 field goal attempts while tallying 26 points, the 5-foot-10 Purdy also was the game's leading rebounder with 14. Erica Von Stein, who canned five of 10 3-point attempts, was next on the Regis scoring list with 15 points. Bay'lee Purdy, who was four of seven from behind the arc, added 13 points, Sarah Seefield 12, Jena Blasingame 11 and Brandi Collins 10.

Collins also handed out nine assists.

Senior forward
Kattie Ranta had her eighth straight double-double of the season while leading the Eagles with 20 points and 10 rebounds.
Dallas Shaw contributed 15 points,
Hattie Guzman 12 and
Kayli Rageth 11 for the Eagles, now 1-8 overall and 1-4 in the RMAC.

Kate Simonson had seven assists for CSC.
