CHADRON – Chadron State College will face Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference foes Regis University and the University of Colorado-Colorado Spring Friday and Saturday. Both matches begin at 6 p.m.

The Rangers have a conference record of 5-1 and an overall record of 10-4. Regis sits at fourth in the conference and has received votes on several national polls, but have yet to break the top 25. The Rangers are led by Maya Kirkeby, the RMAC Preseason Defensive Player of the Year, who has 239 digs. On offense, Lauren Quijano has 226 kills and averages over four kills a set to lead the Rangers.

For the final match in Chadron State College's five match home stretch, CSC will play the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs. UCCS has a 7-7 record with a 4-2 mark in the RMAC. UCCS is riding a four match win streak, but have a road record of 1-6. Kim Catlett is averaging 3.91 kills per set and has 211 total kills to lead the Mountain Lions, while also having 189 digs.

The Eagles are boasting four hitters with over 50 kills on the season.
Lelalelei Nomura leads all attackers with 140 kills and a team high .186 hitting percentage.
Erika Roybal has 131 kills, while
Alia Brennan and
Hanna Flaming have chipped in 70 and 65 each.

CSC has played three different setters this season, with redshirt freshman
Shelby Gardner emerging as the sure-handed passer. Gardner has 162 assists on the year, including 40 in the team's first win in school history over Western New Mexico University last Thursday.

Brittany Oddo have 190 and 130 digs to lead the Eagles. The Eagles are averaging 1.42 blocks per set, led by
Alia Brennan's 33.
