CHADRON – Chadron State College's volleyball team finishes out its first run at the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Friday night in Chadron at 6 p.m.

After the Eagles take on CCU they will have played every team in the conference once.

Following a loss at Black Hills State University,Chadron State College is 3-16 overall and 2-9 in the RMAC.

The Eagles have emerged with two main hitters in
Lelalelei Nomura and
Erika Roybal. Both have over 160 kills this season. Middle hitter
Alia Brennan has 91 kills, while outside hitter
Hanna Flaming has 83.

Shelby Gardner has received the main haul of the setting responsibility and leads the team with 256 total assists.

Defensively, Brennan and
Ana Kasljevic rotate at middle for the Eagles. Brennan has a team-high 46 blocks on the year, with Nomura putting down 37 and Kasljevic chipping in 27. Libero
Alyssa Bauer has 240 digs and sits 12
th in the conference. Her teammate
Brittany Oddo is second on the team with 165.

Colorado Christian University is led by RMAC blocks leader Angela Jurek, who is averaging 1.18 blocks per set. Dual-threat Taylor Sturms leads CCU in kills and digs with 242 kills and 316 digs. Sturms is in the top 10 for the conference in each stat.

Colorado Christian is fifth in the conference with a record of 12-8 and a conference mark at 6-5. The Cougars are coming off a four match losing streak.
