CHADRON – Chadron State College's volleyball team will host a Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference matchup against Black Hills State University Tuesday, Oct. 21, at 6 p.m. The Eagles have two more home matches after this, both against ranked-opponents.

Chadron State (3-17, 2-10 RMAC) has played Black Hills (8-13, 6-6 RMAC) twice this season, with its last meeting coming in a three-set loss last week.

Erika Roybal leads the team with 179 kills. She has been the force behind the attack in the previous two meetings with the Yellow Jackets, combining for 30 kills.
Lelalelei Nomura has a combined 19 kills in the season series, as well.

Alyssa Bauer has 23 digs in the matches against the Yellow Jackets. The senior libero is leading the Eagles with 254 digs this season, good enough for 11
th in the conference. Up front,
Alia Brennan had three blocks in the first meeting against BHSU and has a team-high 49 blocks.

Holly Hamlin, the RMAC blocks leader at 1.17 blocks per set, has a combined 10 blocks in the two matches against the Eagles, while also hitting 22 kills. Her teammate Meghan Sipes, who has a team-high 227 kills, had 24 kills in the two meetings.

BHSU hit .275 last Tuesday and had a match-high 14 total team blocks. The leader of that match was Shelby Mayer, who totaled for eight blocks. RMAC Defensive Player of the Week Lacy Stevens has 46 digs in the two meetings.
