CHADRON – Chadron State College's volleyball team will be on the road to finish out its season when the Eagles take on the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs Friday, Nov 7, and Regis University Saturday. Friday's match starts at 7 p.m., while Saturday's tilt starts at 5 p.m.

The Mountain Lions of UCCS have three hitters who have over 240 kills this season, led by RMAC kills leader Kim Catlett. Catlett has 359 kills with an average of 3.86 per set. She also leads the team with 34 service aces and is second with 325 digs.

UCCS' setters, Celeste Henderson and Morgan Evans, have combined for over 900 assists, while Natasha Habert has a team-high 357 digs.

Regis University is coming off a two-match win streak, but suffered four-straight losses before that. The Rangers have distributed the ball well, coming into the weekend with four hitters with over 235 kills. RMAC service ace leader Caitie Breaux has 327 kills and 33 aces, while also having over 250 digs.

Regis' setter looks to eclipse the 1,000 assist mark, as she comes into the weekend with 992. She will be one of four setters to do so in the conference this season.

On defense, the Rangers have four women with over 240 digs, led by Maya Kirkeby with almost 450. Gina Morgan and Samantha Mangseth both have more than 60 blocks.

The Eagles (3-22, 2-14 RMAC) look to end their season on a high note.
Erika Roybal, a senior from Denver, Colorado, gets the chance to end her career in her hometown. Roybal leads the team with 228 kills while hitting .139 on the season.
Lelalelei Nomura is the only other Eagle with over 200 kills.
