GOLDEN, Colo. –  The Chadron State College wrestling team won seven matches while ending its season on a winning note with a 23-11 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference dual victory over Colorado School of Mines Wednesday in Golden, Colorado.

The Eagles end their dual season with a record of 9-8 overall and a 3-3 mark in the RMAC. CSC will be back in action at the Super Region 4 Tournament hosted by Colorado State University-Pueblo Feb. 27-28.

Chadron State wrestled well in tight matches Wednesday. Three of the Eagles' seven wins were by three or less points and
Robert Ozuna started the dual off with a 5-3 victory at 125 pounds in sudden victory.

Taylor Summers followed with a 12-4 major decision at 133 and
Jacob Anderson claimed an 11-9 win at 149.

Chance Helmick cruised to a 12-5 decision at 165,
Caleb Copeland had a 12-3 major decision at 174 and
Dylan Fors followed with a 5-1 decision at 184.

Jake Weber closed out the dual in fine fashion with an 8-5 victory at heavyweight.
