Biography

Outlook: Kiess, along with returning All-RMAC First Teamer Collin Eisenman, provide a pair of high-motor bookends to the defensive front which is one of the biggest strengths of the 2016 CSC team
2015: Started all 11 games at rush end ... Produced a team-leading 5.0 solo sacks, five QB hurries and two fumble recoveries, while making 52 tackles, and was second on the team with 8.0 tackles for loss ... Voted RMAC All-Academic First Team
2014: Made six starts and appeared in every game for CSC … has 35 tackles including five tackles for loss … Also had 2.5 sacks for 15 yards and a pair of QB hurries.
2013:  Played as a true freshman.
High School: Was a two-year captain for the Thompson Valley Eagles in Loveland, Colorado … Was named all-conference his senior season.
Personal: Son of Richard Kiess … Has two siblings named Cody and Maddie … A business administration major with a 3.556 GPA.
