2017: Named to the 2017 Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Softball Preseason All-Conference team.
2016: Lecher's 19 stolen bases were an all-time season high for the Eagle softball program... She led the team for the season with a .391 batting average which was No. 10 in the conference during the regular season... Held the second highest fielding percentage (.947) among regular starting shortstops in the conference... Struck out only five times in a team high 161 at-bats... Second team All-RMAC honors.
2015: One of the best fielders on the Eagles’ roster and hits leadoff.
2014: Had a successful freshman season, starting 45 games at shortstop … Hit .319 with 144 at bats … Had the second-most hits on the team with 46 … Hit six doubles, a triple, six home runs, and drove in 23 runners … Had a slugging percentage of .500 … As a runner, she successfully stole all three bases she attempted … At shortstop she had 87 putouts and a fielding percentage of .931.
High School: She was a three-time all-conference choice at third base and shortstop and hit .590 at Fossil Ridge High School during her senior season in 2012 ... She also posted a fielding percentage of .952 and was an academic all-conference honorable mention … Named academic honorable mention.
Personal: A psychology major with a 3.3 GPA … She’s the daughter of Wendy and Tony … Has three siblings: Brandon, Nathan and Keegan … Born June 17.
