Biography

2018-19: One of the keys to the Eagles' season, Taylor will compete for an NCAA berth this season and lock down the heavyweight spot
2017-18: Wrestled at heavyweight all season for the Eagles...finished 20-13...Recorded 29 takedowns and was second on team with 47 escapes...Finished sixth at regionals and fifth at the RMAC Championships.
2016-17: After two years away from college on a church mission assignment, Taylor compiled a 6-6 record at open meets while a reserve heavyweight
2013-14: Redshirted his freshman year, while providing national qualifier Michael Hill with a valuable practice partner
High School: He was the North Platte Telegraph Wrestler of the Year following his senior season in which he went 40-0 and won the state championship at 220 pounds for Medicine Valley … He also finished as runner-up in 2012 … He had a career record of 149-32 … 103 of his wins were by pin … In addition to wrestling, he was an all-state football player and participated in track and field.
