Best 5k: 18:55.9 (2019 FHSU Open, Sand Plum Nature Trail, Hays, Kan.)
2019: Competed in all six meets...team's top finisher at the NCAA DII South Central Regional XC Championships...team's best 5k runner...had a runner-up finish at the first meet of the year in Rapid City, S.D.
2018: Second to cross for the Eagles at NCAA South Central Region Championships at Washington Park in Denver ... finished seventh at CSC Open.
2017: Competed in four of six events ... recorded times of a 26:10 in 6k at RMAC Championships and 21:05 in 5k at home meet as a freshman.
High School: Three-time state cross country qualifier with a high school 5k PR of 20:16 ... part of 2015 District B6 champion 4x400 relay ... also qualified for state twice in track and field.
