2020-- Ran at all but one meet during the season, hitting PRs in both the 5k and Mile. Finished 7th in the mile at the 2020 Dave Little Alumni Mile meet.
2019--Competed at all six cross country meets ... redshirted the indoor season and competed in 2019 outdoor track and field season
High School: Attended Lincoln North Star...Ran personal best 20:06 in 5k and 5:50 in 1600m...Nebraska State qualifier in 3200.
