Eagles –
We’ve been blown away by the support of Eagles for Chadron State Football since last Friday. In five days we’ve hit our goal to help provide the program a platform to effectively work in this changed world. Eagles helping Eagles is how our program was established. I’m pleased to announce that a former player has agreed to match the $4,000 raised to help our student-athletes. Chadron State football always does the extra rep and goes the extra yard. So let’s soar a little higher. Over the final two rounds we’re aiming to raise another $2,000 to bring our total to $10,000. We appreciate everyone’s support and hope your having fun with this challenge.

Finalists:
The
2001 team (10-1) were RMAC Champs and finished the regular season undefeated. They also dominated their opponents, outscoring them on an average of 44.2 to 12.1 points. Quarterback Matt Strand was the RMAC Offensive Player of the Year.

Season Summary
The
2008 team (11-2), won the RMAC for the third straight year, and extended their conference winning streak to 27 games. While setting 13 school records during the year, the team was also was the first in the RMAC to win three straight conference titles or go three years undefeated in conference play. Quarterback Joe McLain was the RMAC Offensive Player of the Year.
