Biography
RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll (2021)
2023: Competed for 4 meets for the Eagles during the 2023 XC season including the NCAA Division II South Central Region XC Championships. Had season best times of 16:44.6 in the 5K, 27:25.7 in the 8K and 32:30.4 in the 10K which helped him to place 72nd at regionals.
2022: Did not compete in the 2022 Cross Country Season.
2021-22: Competed in all five meets, getting personal bests in the 10k, and 8k.
2020-21: Competed in three meets for the Eagles ... shaved two seconds off his previous 8k best to earn a new best of 28:35.0 at the RMAC Cross Country Championships.
High School: Ran a 16:59 5k
