Biography
2022-23: Competed at 4 meets including RMAC and NCAA Region Qualifier. Had a season best time of 19:59.5 in the 6k at the Gage McSpadden Memorial, 28:14.0 in the 8k at the RMAC Cross Country Championships and a 34:53.8 in the 10k at the NCAA South Central Region Championships.
2021-22: Competed in three meets.
2020-21: Competed in three meets.
2019: Competed in four meets...was the team's top runner at the NCAA DII South Central Regional XC Championships.
High School: All-Conference runner at Sheridan High in Wyoming ... finished sixth at conference meet in 2018, helping team to conference championship ... team placed fourth at state meet.
