Biography

2022: Competed at 5 meets last year including RMAC and NCAA Region Qualifier. Ran a season best time of 19:45.9 at the Trojan XC Invite and a 25:11.3 in the 6k at the RMAC Cross Country Championships. This ranks Rule 4th all-time in CSC history for highest finish for a true freshman at the RMAC meet.? 
High School: Ran a 19:31.06at the Wyoming 3A East Absaraka Conference Championships
