5x RMAC Academic Honor Roll (2020 XC, 20-21 ITF, 2021 XC, 2021, 2022 TF)
2022: Competed at 5 meets including RMAC and NCAA Region Qualifier. Had a season best time of 20:02.4 in the 6k at the Gage McSpadden Memorial, 26:45.9 in the 8k at the Trojan XC Invite and 35:42.5 in the 10k at the NCAA South Central Region Cross Country Championships.
2021-22: Dropped more than 1:40 off his freshman 10k cross country time at the NCAA Regional ... started running the 5000 meters indoors and set new personal bests at both 3,000 and 5,000 meters
2020-21: Competed in all three meets for the Eagles ... earned a personal best time of 27:21.8 for 8k at CSC's home meet ... converted to 3000 meter runner primarily during indoors season and 5000 meters outdoors
2019-20: Competed at all six cross country meets...was the team's second best runner at the NCAA DII South Central Regional Championships...finished in the top eight of collegiate runners at the home meet ... competed primarily in the mile for indoor track
High School: All-conference honorable mention as a senior in 2017 ... helped team to third place at conference meet and fourth at regionals, giving the school its first state berth in 34 years, where they were 18th in Class 3A ... nominated for school's athlete of the year award.
