Best 5k: 20:09.3 (2020 Chadron State Cross Country Invitational, Chadron, Nebraska)
Best 6k: 24:24.3 (2020 RMAC Cross Country Championships, Colorado Springs, Colorado)
2023:Â Competed in 4 meets for the Eagles during the 2023 XC Season. Had best times of 17:04.6 in the 4K, 22:08.5 in the 5K and 26:18.5 in the 6K.
2022:Â Competed at 4 meets last year including RMAC and NCAA Region Qualifier. Ran a season best time of 21:38.8 in the 5k at the Trojan XC Invite and a 27:14.8 at the NCAA Division II South Central Region Cross Country Championships.?
2021: Did not compete in any meets
2020: Competed in all three meets ... earned two new personal bests in the 6k and the 5k at the 2020 RMAC Cross Country Championships and the Chadron State Cross Country Invitational respectively.
High School: Ran a19:38 5k...took second at state her senior year
