2022-23: Darrian Stickney, a native of Colorado Springs, Colorado, attended Doherty High School. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in exercise science, as well as a minor in coaching, from Fort Lewis College.
At Fort Lewis College, Stickney was a three-year starter at linebacker for the Skyhawks. He was a two-time All-RMAC selection at linebacker.
From 2019 to 2021, Stickney began his coaching career at Fort Lewis College where he was the running backs coach and the weights coordinator. Stickney then spent six months at Arizona State University as an intern for Football Sports Performance/Nutrition.
