Chang joined the Eagles football staff in 2024 as a coaching assistant for defensive backs after spending three seasons at Pasadena City College (PCC) in Pasadena, California.
Chang coached defensive backs for two seasons and inside receivers/tight ends for one season. At PCC, Chang coached a total of nine all-conference players.
Chang was a student assistant for the University of Arizona football team during the 2016 to 2018 seasons, where he assisted with the defensive line.
In 2019, Chang worked as a video scout/statistical analyst for Sports Info Solutions where he contributed multiple NFL Scouting Reports to the SIS Football Rookie Handbook.
Chang graduated from the University of Arizona in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
