High School: Played extensively as a freshman and sophomore at Hollywood McArthur HS in Florida, where he helped lead a turnaround from the Mustangs' 2014 record of 0-10, to 7-3 in 2015 and 11-1 in 2016 with a playoff victory. After transferring to Norland High in Miami, he returned to the spotlight as a senior in 2018 in a leadership role. He totaled 3,496 yards passing and 42 touchdowns through the air and 559 yards and nine scores rushing in his high school career ... named First Team All-Broward and Team MVP ... played in Dade vs Broward and North vs South all-star games ... won multiple tournaments with the Florida Fire against elite college prospects in 7-on-7 games
