2013: Was a valuable special teams player and reserve defensive back in 2013 … He played in all 11 games … He had seven kick returns for 138 yards, a long return of 31 yards, and added four tackles at cornerback … For his spirited play on special teams, he was named the Hammer – best special teams player of the year – by his teammates at the postseason banquet.
2012: Had nine carries for 39 yards (4.3 avg/c) at tailback … He also had a punt return for 12 yards and two kickoff returns for 43 yards … With the depth in the Eagles’ backfield, he’s moved to the defensive side of the ball in the secondary … Placed sixth in the long jump at the 2012 RMAC Outdoor Championships with a leap of 22-feet, 5-inches.
2011: Redshirted during his first season at Chadron State.
High School: Earned honorable mention all-state honors as a senior when he rushed for 1,344 yards on 141 carries and 14 touchdowns … He was put on the All-South Texas First Team and was a third-team all-state choice … He averaged 9.53 yards a carry and ran for over 100 yards in every game … He also had 10 receptions for 274 yards and a touchdown … On defense, he had 24 tackles and blocked a field goal … As a junior, he rushed for 1,640 yards.
