2013: Spent the entire season on the defensive side and continued to grow as a player … He appeared in all 11 games, making 23 tackles and accumulating 3.5 tackles for loss … He also forced a fumble … Named RMAC All-Academic … He’s expected to start as an outside linebacker in 2014.
2012: Played in two games at inside receiver and added a reception for seven yards … He caught a game-high eight passes for 105 yards and a TD in the spring game … One of the team’s strongest players pound-for-pound … Named to the RMAC All-Academic Honor Roll.
2011: Played in three games … He originally practiced as a wide receiver but was moved to defensive back when the Eagles suffered several late season injuries … He didn’t make a tackle but the coaches appreciated his willingness to help the team.
High School: Earned all-Western Conference and was Scottsbluff’s leading scorer with seven touchdowns in the fall of 2009 … Also played in the West Nebraska All-Star Game where he had two interceptions and scored a TD ... The two picks are tied for the most in the all-star game's history.
