High School: The Casper Star-Tribune’s Offensive Player of the Year in 2009 … He was a stellar player for former CSC standout and hall of famer Jay Rhoades at Douglas High, helping lead the Bearcats to back-to-back state championships in Wyoming’s 3A Class … Pierre was particularly effective as a senior, running for 2,036 yards on 200 carries and scoring 29 times … He averaged over 10 yards a carry and scored a school-record six touchdowns in a game against Rawlins … He also had 11 receptions for 140 yards and three touchdowns … On defense, he made 107 total tackles … For his career, he ran for over 2,500 yards and made 248 tackles.
