2022-23: Coach Hilton is in his second season with the CSC coaching staff, after arriving in 2021-2022.
Prior to CSC, Hilton spent the previous two seasons as the lead assistant at College of San Mateo, a junior college in San Mateo, CA.  In 2019-2020, Hilton’s first year, the College of San Mateo Bulldogs went 14-14 in it’s inaugural season, earning a spot in the CCCAA state playoffs.  Hilton assisted in all aspects of the program including recruiting, skill development, off-season workouts, on-floor coaching, fundraising, social media, player management, and academics.  In 2020-2021, the Bulldogs season was cancelled due to Covid-19. Â
Prior to College of San Mateo, Coach Hilton completed one season as an assistant coach in 2018-2019 at his alma mater, Jesuit High School, in Carmichael, California. Hilton assisted in off-season workouts, on-floor coaching, skill development and the athletic departments fundraising efforts for the Marauders. During his one year at Jesuit, the Marauders won the league title in a very competitive Delta League, with an overall record of 21-9.
As a student-athlete at Bellevue University in Bellevue, Nebraska, Hilton started at shooting guard and was a team captain for the Bruins from 2016-2018. During those two years, Hilton helped lead the Bruins to two North Star Athletic Association (NSAA) regular season conference titles, two national tournament appearances, a NSAA conference tournament championship, and a Final Four finish in the NAIA Division II National Tournament in the 2017 season. During Hilton’s junior season, he finished 7th in the country in 3-Pt Field Goals Made (108) while shooting an outstanding 46% clip. His overall 3-Pt percentage placed him at 15th in the country at the conclusion of his junior season. Hilton was a NSAA all-conference award winner in 2017.
Hilton’s collegiate career began at Fresno City College where he competed for the Rams during the 2014-2016 seasons. At Fresno City, Hilton was a team captain, an all-conference selection, two-time Central Valley Conference champion, and a California Community College Athletic Association State Final Four participant in the 2016 season. During his two years suiting up for the Rams, Hilton helped guide Fresno City to an overall record of 56-11.
Coach Hilton received his bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Performance from Bellevue University.Â
