2018-19 Men's Basketball Roster
Biography
2017-18 Outlook: After redshirting with the Eagles last season, Jackson is familiar with the Chadron State program, giving him an edge entering this season. Coach Reed says Jackson has a high basketball IQ, is a hard worker and does many things well on the court. He’s expected to contend for lots of playing time and should help the team immensely.Â
Before Chadron State: Jackson attended Eaglecrest High School in the Denver area and spent two years at South Dakota Mines in Rapid City before transferring to CSC in the fall of 2016. Since he was switching from an RMAC member, he had to sit out last season. As a sophomore with the Hardrockers, he started 20 games and averaged 10.8 points.  After scoring 10 points against the Eagles when the teams met in Chadron in December 2016, Jackson poured in 27 during the second contest in Rapid City, leading Mines to a 73-56 victory.
Personal: Son of DaNae Campbell and Robert Stephenson... Has one sibling, Jalaughn, who plays basketball as a guard at Colorado Northwestern Community College... Sports management major.
