Biography

2017-18 Outlook:  One of the Eagles’ top recruits that Coach Reed worked hard to land. The coach likes his energy and ability to create mismatches because he can play both inside and outside.  The coach said Ruffin is physical and often out-rebounds bigger players.  It’s expected that he’ll make a major contribution this season.

Before Chadron State: He helped Western Nebraska Community College win 21 games last season while shooting 51 percent from the field and averaging 8.8 points and 6.5 rebounds.

Personal: Son of John Ruffin and Sharon Vinson.  Born Dec. 10, 1996. A psychology major.
