Biography
2012-13: Picked up where he left off last year and proved to be a valuable member of the basketball team after the football season was over … He played in 22 games, starting 20, and posted career highs in every category … He averaged 7.3 points and 5.3 rebounds a game and was named All-Nebraska NCAA Division II honorable mention… He scored a career-high 19 against New Mexico Highlands and had two double doubles … Shot over 45 percent from the floor (55-121) and added 11 blocks and 10 steals … Had a career-high 12 boards against Black Hills State … As a sophomore on the football team, he had 13 receptions for 137 yards and caught two TDs.
2011-12: Joined the team in the middle of November after completing a successful redshirt season for the football team … He proceeded to start 20 of 24 games and averaged 2.6 points and 2.3 rebounds in 16 minutes of action … Scored a career-high 10 points against Western State and had six steals against Regis … For the Eagles in the fall he had seven receptions for 65 yards and two touchdowns … He also played on several special teams units.
High School: He joined football teammate Cole Montgomery at CSC after they helped Natrona win the 4A state title … He had 45 receptions for 709 yards and 11 TDs … Also had 13 solo tackles, 15 assisted tackles, three interceptions and seven pass breakups … He was placed on the Casper Star-Tribune’s Super 25 Team … Also a talented jumper for the Natrona track and field team, finishing sixth at the state meet in the long jump (20-10 ¾) and the triple jump (42-8 ¾) as a junior.… Played for Wyoming in the South Dakota and Montana basketball all-star game.
