Chadron State College Athletics

2017-18 Outlook:  A highly-regarded recruit a year ago, but since the Eagles had numerous players with college experience on the roster, it was decided he would redshirt. He practiced with the Eagles last season and he appeared ready to help the Eagles this season.  However, he required knee surgery during the summer, and was still recovering when practice began.  He still has lots of eligibility remaining and is important to the team’s future.

Before Chadron State:  As a senior at Resurrection Christian High in Loveland in 2015-16, he averaged 16.7 points and 10.4 rebounds as the Cougars reached the Colorado Class 2A state tournament championship game and finished with a 24-2 record. He shot more than 60 percent from the field and made 73 percent of his free throws as both a junior and a senior. He was an all-state selection both years.

Personal: Son of Clint and Candee Fick... Has two siblings, Joel and Anna... Business Finance major... Part of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
