Biography

2024: Began the season as an inside receiver and caught three passes for 59 yards... returned to quarterback and completed 24 of 53 passes for 259 yards and two touchdowns... was special teams and returned two kickoffs for 62 yards. 

2023: Played in all 11 games... took over as the starting quarterback mid-season... completed 98 of 186 passes (52.7%) for 1,299 yards and 12 touchdowns... rushed 102 times for 242 yards... scored one touchdown. 

2022: Played seven games at quarterback, leading the team with a completion percentage of 69.14. Completed 56 of his 81 attempts with six touchdowns and four interceptions for 676 yards. Had a season high 290 yards with three touchdowns against Fort Lewis, completing 20 of his 26 passes.

2021: Redshirt Season

High School: Graduated in 2021 from Kearney High School... Played for Coach Brandon Cool... 2020 Heartland Athletic Conference (HAC) All-Conference and All-Conference academics, 2020 Lincoln Journal Star first team super state and first team All-Class, 2020 Omaha World Herald second team All-State, 2020 Nebraska School Activities Association (NSAA) Nebraska Chiropractic Physicians Association (NCPA) academic All-State award, 2019 All-Conference academics.

Personal: Son of Stacie and Leon Pearson... Majoring in Human Biology... Aspires to become a Physician's Assistant.
