2020: Courtney Newton enters her second season as a coaching assistant for the Eagles in the 2020-21 academic year. Formerly Courtney Lecher, she was one of the greatest infielders to wear a CSC uniform. Newton holds career records for most hits, runs scored, stolen bases, and defensive assists, as well as season records for hits and stolen bases. During her career, the Eagles' softball program qualified for the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference postseason championship tournament three of four seasons.
