Biography
2023-24: Competed in 5 indoor and 4 outdoor meets for the eagles. Had indoor season best times of 8.66 in the 60, 28.42 in the 200, and 1:05.16 in the 400. Had outdoor season best times of 13.8 in the 100 and 27.87 in the 200
2022-23:Â Competed in 6 indoor and 4 outdoor meets for the Eagles including the RMAC Outdoor Championships. Had an indoor season best of 8.60 in the 60, 27.99 in the 200, and 1:04.62 in the 400. Had Outdoor season bests of 27.92 in the 200 and 1:03.39 in the 400. Cassandra was also a part of the 4x400m indoor and outdoor.Â
High School: 4x state qualifier..helped 4x100 place 2nd at state.
Personal: Daughter of Shaun and Heidi...has two siblings, Kyra and Jayla
