2023-24: Nicky Banzhaf is on her seond season as an assistant cross-country and track coach.
A local to the area, Nicky obtained her bachelor's degree in English Language Arts Education. Nicky graduated from Chadron in 2018, and in her time with the program, was able to set four school records. She was awarded RMAC All-Academic first team in 2017, received the CSC Track & Field Most Inspirational Award in 2017, and was the 2018 Clyde Bond Memorial Award recipient for leadership and service.
She is excited about giving back to the program that helped her to flourish so much. Helping athletes to thrive in the sport, classroom, and life are her biggest passions.
Nicky now lives in Chadron with her husband of nine years, with two sons (Oliver and Jude), and with one baby on the way.
