2023 Outdoor USTFCCCA All-Region (110mH)
RMAC All-Academic Honor (2022)
2023-24: Competed in 6 indoor meets for the eagles including the RMAC Indoor Conference Championships. Ran season best times of 8.04 in the 60 hurdles in which he placed 2nd at the indoor conference championships, 23.11 in the 200 and was a participant on the 4x400m relay team that placed 3rd at the championships.Â
2022-23:Â Â Â Competed in 6 indoor and 7 outdoor meets for the Eagles including the RMAC Indoor and Outdoor Championships. Had season-best times of 7.07 in the 60, 8.05 in the 60 Hurdles which placed him 4th at RMAC Indoor Championships, and 23.25 in the 200 indoors. Had outdoor season-best times of 11.03 in the 100, 22.81 in the 200, and 14.22 in the 110 Hurdles which placed him 2nd at the RMAC Outdoor Championships. Also a member of the 4x400m team indoors and the 4x100m team outdoors.
2021-22: Placed 2nd at the RMAC outdoor championships in the 110 hurdles...helped the 4x100 place 3rd
2020-21: Placed 6th in the 110 hurdles at the RMAC outdoor championships
High School: Tri-Valley Conference champion in the 110 hurdles...Tri-Valley runner-up in 300 hurdles...placed 3rd at state in the 110 hurdles.
