2020-- Shifted from being primarily a middle-distance runner to a true distance runner under coach Karamitros...hit PRs in both the 3k and mile during the indoor season and also helped qualify the women's 4x400 relay for the conference meet. Had a season best 2nd place finish at the 2020 Stinger Open in Spearfish, S.D. in the 3k event, never placed lower than 8th in her individual events
2019-- Focused solely on the 800m as a sophomore and consistently ran in the 2:21-2:23 range. Had her best finish of the year winning the UNC invite, which helped qualify her for the outdoor conference meet where she had the 13th fastest time in the prelims among one of the best conferences in the nation in the event... saw action on a couple of 4x400 relay teams throughout the year. 
2018--Ran the 800 in a team-best 2:23.0 and the mile in 5:38.78 indoors and had a best of 5:13.62 in the 1500 outdoors. Also was a regular on the cross country team in the fall of 2018, when she along with Savannah Silbaugh, Cartherine Orban and Madi Watson generally ran in a pack behind Alyse Henry.
Before Chadron State:  A four-year Colorado State Meet qualifier while running events ranging from the 400 through the 3200.
Personal: Daughter of Dan and Lori Willadsen. She made the CSC honors lists both semesters her freshman year.
