RMAC First Team (2021 ITF, OTF)
2023-24: competed in 6 indoor and 4 outdoor meets for the eagles including the RMAC Indoor and Outdoor Conference Championships. Ran indoor season best times of 7.23 in the 60, 22.83 in the 200, 49.90 in the 400 in which he placed 7th at the RMAC Indoor Championships and was a member of the 4x400m team that placed 3rd at the same championships. Had outdoor season best times of 22.76 in the 200, 49.16 in the 400 which helped him to place 7th at the RMAC Outdoor Championships and was a member of the 4x400m team which placed 6th at the same Championship.
2022-23:Â Competed in 4 indoor and 2 outdoor meets for the Eagles including the RMAC Indoor and Outdoor Championships. Had indoor season-best times of 23.02 in the 200 and 50.77 in the 400. Had outdoor season-best times of 50.11 in the 400 and competed on the 5th place 4x400m team at RMAC Outdoor Conference.Â
2021-22: Placed 7th in the 400 at the Outdoor championships...placed 5th at the indoor championships in the 400
2020-21: Outdoor RMAC Champion in the 4x400 relay
