Biography
2015—Threw the javelin 123-11 while placing fourth at the Colorado State Meet in late April.
2014—Joined the track team during the season and had a best of 107-3 in the javelin.
Before Chadron State: She was an all-around athlete at Crawford High School, setting a state record in volleyball, closing out her basketball career by averaging 15 points a game as a senior in 2010-11 and scoring 1,077 points during her career and placing fifth in the Class D 400 meters at the state meet in :1:00.50 as a junior and seventh in the triple jump as a senior at 33-9 ¼.
Personal: An excellent student. Daughter of Allen and Debbie Soester. Her father says she can operate a combine during the wheat harvest as well or better than any man.
