Biography
2023-24: Competed in 7 indoor and 4 outdoor meets including the RMAC Indoor and Outdoor Conference Championships. Had indoor season best times of 9.07 in the 60 hurdles, 23.57 in the 200, and 50.92 in the 400. Jefferson was also a member of the 4x400 team that took a 3rd place finish at Indoor Conference. Had outdoor season best times of 15.85 in the 110 hurdles, 56.43 in the 400 hurdles and was a member of the 4x400 team that took 6th place at the Outdoor Conference Championships.Â
