Chadron State College Athletics

2023-24: Competed at 5 indoor and 3 outdoor meets including the RMAC Indoor and Outdoor Championships. Had season best marks and times of 9.62 seconds in the 60 hurdles, 5.86m in long jump, 12.84m in shot put. Scored a total of 4476 points in the Heptathlon to place 5^th at RMAC Indoor Championships. Had outdoor season best marks and times of 16.32 second in the 100 hurdles, 12.53m in shot put and was a rotating member on the 4x400m relay team. Dower scored a total of 5699 points in the decathlon to place 5^th at RMAC Outdoor Championships. 
2022-23:  Competed in 6 indoor and 4 outdoor meets including the RMAC Indoor and Outdoor Championships. Had a season-best Heptathlon score of 3974 points at the RMAC Indoor Championships and a total of 5386 points in the Decathlon at the RMAC Outdoor Champions which placed him 6th.
2021-22: Made an immediate impact as a true freshman competing in multis ... qualified for RMAC Championships and placed 11th in indoor heptathlon
High School: Competed in both sprints and throws at Wyoming's 1A Western Heritage Lutheran Academy in Riverton ... finished 2021 as state champ in 100 meters, 200 meters, shot put, and discus throw ... also won 2019 state titles in 100 and 200 meters ... placed at state a total of eight times 
Personal: Son of Tim and Dawn Dower...has one sibling, Kodi...majoring in Business Adimistration
