Chadron State College Athletics

2017-18--After redshirting with the basketball team in 2017-18, he went 6-2 ½ to qualify for the high jump at the RMAC Outdoor Meet last spring. He’s also on the basketball team in 2018-19 and will high jump for the Eagles again in the spring.
Before Chadron State—Was a stellar high school athlete, averaging about 14 points in basketball and going 6-6 in the high jump and 45-6 in the triple jump.   
Personal--Son of Alex and Kendra Sund. His maternal grandfather is Marv Kay, legendary Colorado Mines football coach and athletic director and also mayor of Golden, his hometown, eight years.  Kayden is a business finance major who made the Dean’s List (3.5 or above) in the fall of 2018.
