Chadron State College Athletics

2016—Had bests of 37-11 ½ in the shot put and 53-11 in the weight throw indoors and bests of 39-8 ½ in the shot, 158-0 in the discus and 152-1 in the hammer outdoors. She was second in the weight throw (53-3 ½) at the RMAC Indoor Meet and second in the discus 150-6) at the RMAC Outdoor Meet.  Her 158-foot discus throw at the CSU-Pueblo Meet in April qualified her for the National Outdoor Meet, but she did not place.   
2015—Had bests of 39-5 in the shot put and 50-9 ½ in the weight throw indoors and bests of 42-3 ½ in the shot, 145-2 in the discus and 156- ¼ in the hammer outdoors.  She was eighth in the weight throw at the RMAC Indoor Meet and eighth in the shot put and fourth in the discus at the outdoor meet.
2014—Hit 42-4 in the shot and 46-10 in the weight during the indoor season and had marks of 44-7 ¾ in the shot, 146-3 in the discus and 157-1 in the hammer outdoors.  She won the bronze medal in the discus at the RMAC Outdoor Meet with the 146-3 throw.
Before Chadron State: Keri was the Class 3A discus champion at the Colorado State Meet as a junior and placed second in the event as a senior with a toss of 129-7, but had a high school best of 138-9 ½.  She also was fifth her senior year in the shot at 37-4.  Although she’s one year younger, she attended Eaton High with the Eagles’ Mel Herl and had former CSC All-American thrower Mandy Kubo Chubb as her coach there.
