Chadron State College Athletics

2016-17—Maggie was among the leaders on the CSC cross country team in the fall of 2016, posting the Eagles’ best time of 24:54.6 during the 6K race at the RMAC Meet. She will compete in the distances for the track team this winter and spring.
2015-16—She was among the most improved runners on the Eagles’ 2015 cross country team that won the Woody Greeno-UNL championship and was competitive at the RMAC and South Central Regional Meets.  She ran a career-best 23:30.6 over 6 kilometers at the latter meet. During the 2016 indoor track season she ran the mile in 5:32.35, the 3000 in 10:49.39 and the 5000 in 18:20.29.  Her outdoor bests were 5:03.88 in the 1500 and 18:12.85 in the 5000.
2015—Ran the 1500 in 5:11.39 and the 5000 in 19:36.95 outdoors.
Before Chadron State:  She was on the cross country and track teams at South Dakota Mines as a freshman in 2013-14 before transferring to Chadron State.  Daughter of Lori Vinton.
