Christa McCaw

2016 - Christa McCaw enters her first season at Chadron State as the volleyball Coaching Assistant. She will be involved in day-to-day volleyball activities such as recruiting, compliance, fundraising, camps, equipment, stats, and video.

Prior to joining the Eagles, McCaw served as a Graduate Assistant at NCAA Division II Pfeiffer University (N.C.), where her primary assignment was coaching defense for both the men's and women's volleyball teams. Her 2015 men's team swept through the Conference Carolinas tournament nine sets to zero in three matches, and qualified for the NCAA Championships.

At Pfeiffer, McCaw was also in charge of organizing fundraising opportunities for both the programs.

McCaw played Division II volleyball at Pittsburg State University, competing as a Libero/DS for four years. During her sophomore season, McCaw was voted All-Conference.

She coached club for five years where she helped with administrative duties. McCaw has also served as a lead trainer at Carolina Courts in Concord, North Carolina.
