2016 - Nikki Schmidt enters her first season as graduate assistant under first-year head coach Riann Mullis.
Schmidt is a Chadron State volleyball alum after joining the program in 2013 as a junior right side hitter. In 2013Â she played in 93 sets for the Eagles and recorded 144 kills. That year, Schmidt was second on the team in assists with 174 and recorded 115 digs as well. She finished the season with 37 blocks.
After some time off in 2014, she returned to the team and finished her career as an Eagle in 2015.
Previously, she attended Northeastern Junior College where she was second on her team in 2012 in both kills and blocks per set, playing right side and setter.
